6. Approval packet

The packet contains the vocational goal, work tasks, functional barriers, essential capabilities, minimum and preferred configurations, alternatives, a training plan where relevant, dated quotes, source-verification records, and a concise list of decisions required from the responsible human.

Public copies exclude identifiers and confidential documents. Work that depends on agency payment or approval does not begin until the required written authorization exists.
